There is a bad band that practices in the house behind mine at night. How do I know they are a bad band? First, I can hear them loud and clear inside my house with all the windows and doors shut, and I can hear that they sound bad. Second, they are always practicing every night, including Fridays and Saturdays. If they were a good band, then I suspect they would have gigs on Friday and Saturday nights.
Typically they are done practicing before 10 p.m. which is when the Woods Cross noise ordinance kicks in. I just keep waiting for them to go past 10 so that I can call in a noise ordinance complaint. I have a bark collar for my dog to keep him quiet. I'm still looking for a band collar to give to them to keep them quiet. Let me know if you know where I can find one of those.

It may be dumb to ask, but have you already gone over and asked them to maybe kick it down a notch? I've done that with neighbors before and I've never had someone tell me to beat it.
Here's something: Two Davis County officials, Louenda Downs and Mark Altom, have made it to the top five at electedhotties.blogspot.com. Tip your hat to them when you get a chance.
I was looking for bark collars when I stumbled upon your site. You have a nice site here. I will be saving this page to my favorites for sure.
