I repsectuflly disagree that this bill makes sense. This bill is a slap in the face to adoptees ( myself being one ) We don't need to be 30 to ask permission to see our documents. I'm 28 years old, and if I want my birth certificate, I should have it. There is not another group of people in the United States that are denied access to their birth certificates.
